best jeans brands for men & women in usa
Rolling Stone

There are a lot of lists of the best jeans brands on the internet, but few of them are based on real experience. This list has jeans that I’ve been wearing for years, so you’ll know they’re good because I’ve tried them out myself. I’ve also added a few more jeans names just in case. As for jeans types, everyone has their own taste. My favorite brand of jeans is Levi’s. It fits well, is comfy, and looks good. Some jeans can be too tight and don’t fit the style of many guys. So, this complete guide is mostly going to be about top brands of jeans for men and women in the USA and other parts of the world. And now, without further ado, here are the 15 best jeans brands for men in 2023.

Best Jeans Brands for Men

#1. Levi’s

Classic Levi’s must be on every list of the top jeans brands. When Levi Strauss moved to the west coast during the Gold Rush in 1853, the company was started in San Francisco.

In 1873, just 20 years later, blue jeans were made, and the rest, as they say, is history. We didn’t see the Red Tab for the first time until 1936. It was added to the right back pocket of the first 501® jeans to make them stand out from other jeans on the market.

Today, Levi Strauss Co. has a family of well-known brands, including Levi’s, Dockers, Denizen, and their Signature line. You can find 510 thin jeans, 511 slim jeans, 512 tapered jeans, and 541 athletic jeans at Levi’s. The 541 athletic jeans have the most relaxed fit. The 511 slim fit is my favorite style of Levi’s jeans.

Their slim fit style is the Levi’s 511. They also sell a flex version of the 511 slim fit jeans, which is made with Levi’s Advanced Stretch technology for more giving and flexibility. It is made well and stays in good shape even after being washed many times. Levi’s says that you should wash your jeans no more than once every 10 times you wear them. This will make them last longer and help the environment.

My jeans don’t get washed very often by me. I only do that when I can see spots or when I’ve been sweating a lot. Aside from that, I hang and wear them over and over again. On Amazon, you can buy the 511 in no less than 41 different colors.

#2. Everlane

Everlane is a clothing company that sells directly to customers. It was started by Michael Preysman and Jesse Farmer in 2010. Their main goals are “Radical Transparency” and “Sustainability.”

It’s a way of buying clothes from companies that treat their workers well, making clothes that are built to last, and being honest about how much it costs to make each item. Today, Everlane sells organic t-shirts, oxford shirts, performance jeans, and minimalist bags for both men and women.

The Everlane Slim Fit Jean is made of high-quality 11-oz. Japanese denim that stretches in both directions (98% cotton, 2% spandex) for more comfort and movement. I like how the dark wash denim has brown stitching that stands out. It’s a simple, no-frills pair of jeans with the words “Everlane Denim” stamped on the button closure. No leather brand tag, nothing.

#3. American Eagle Outfitters

Jerry and Mark Silverman, who are brothers, started American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) in Pennsylvania in 1977. They are a global fashion store that sells trendy clothes for men and women at prices that aren’t too high. They focus on teens and young adults (15–25), but their real market goes a little bit beyond this age range.

AEO is known for its Flex Design, which makes jeans stretchier and more comfortable. Flex Design was made by Clint Groom, who went to school at the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. In 2002, Clint was hired by the company to be the senior design head. He is in charge of designing men’s jeans, pants, and shorts right now. American Eagle will have more than 700 shops in the United States and Canada by 2022.

The American Eagle AirFlex Slim Fit Jean is one of my favorite pairs of jeans to wear right now. It is new to my collection. I have the dark indigo wash AirFlex Slim Jeans, which are as classic and flexible as they come. I think it has just the right amount of wear and tear and fade.

The AirFlex jeans come in 13 different colors and a wide range of sizes to fit people of all shapes and sizes. The fit and wash of these jeans make them very easy to style.

#4. Mott & Bow

The idea for Mott & Bow came from the question, “How can we get people high-quality jeans at a fair price?” Their design theory is based on the idea that less is more.

It was started in 2014 by Alejandro Chahin, who liked high-quality items that were made by hand. When he was young, his family opened a denim shop in Honduras, and it didn’t take him long to learn the art of making jeans. Alejandro has been around denim for most of his life, so it’s not surprising that he now works in the business.

Mott & Bow still sells straight to customers without any brick-and-mortar stores. Jeans are, of course, what they do best, and they sell high-quality Jeans. Mott & Bow Skinny Warren Jean is who I think you should choose. Mott & Bow gives you the choice between skinny, slim, and straight fits. You can also choose washes that are dark blue, light blue, black, or gray. With each of the 3 fits, you can choose from a wide range of washes.

I have a pair of Mott & Bow’s Warren skinny jeans that are a light blue wash and weigh 12.5 oz. The fabric comes from Italy and has a high-quality feel and a unique stone-washed fading.

Best Jeans Brands for Women

It may be difficult for women to locate jeans that suit their personal style, but the brands listed below can help anyone make the right decision. We asked a couple of fashion industry women about their favorite jeans brands in the USA, and their responses are below.

#1. Jeanswit & Wisdom (Jeggings $74)

When you find jeans that look good, fit well, and are comfortable, you’ve hit the jackpot. These soft, stretchy jeggings look like regular jeans, but they feel like leggings. They look like real Jeans because they have light whiskers and fading. Since these skinny jeans come in petite sizes, you don’t have to worry about them bunching up at your knees. Because they fit closely, they are great for tucking into boots.

#2. JeansAmerican (Eagle Stretch Mom Jean  $40)

They are stretchy, keep their shape, and look good on almost everyone. And because they come in sizes 000 to 20 and in short, normal, long, and extra-long lengths, there is a pair of jeans for everyone. There’s a lot to love about these Jeans, and the price is great. Their loose shape and high-rise waist make them comfy and supportive without making them feel slouchy.

#3. Re/Done (High Rise Loose Jeans $275)

When I asked senior editor Chloe Anello what brand of jeans she liked best, she said RE/DONE right away. “They just look great. She says, “I have really wide hips and long legs, which makes it hard to find Jeans.” Even though they are a bit more expensive, the appealing fit makes it worth it, especially since it can be hard to find jeans that fit. The loose, floor-length fit and worn wash of these 90s-style jeans make them look like the jeans your mom used to wear. They don’t stretch because they are made of stiff denim, which is just cotton. We don’t think that’s a big deal because they’re not skinny jeans, but if you were looking for some stretch, you won’t find it here. Re/Done is unarguably the one of the best jeans brands for women.

#4. Good American (Good Legs Deep-v High Waist Ankle Skinny Jeans $119)

Chrissy Teigen, Ashley Graham, and Kelly Rowland all love Good American jeans, and for good reason. The jeans were made by Khloe Kardashian to look good in all shapes and sizes. The Good Legs style is skinny jeans with extra stretch and a flat belly tech. No matter if you’re big on top and thin on the bottom or the other way around, the belt won’t gape. They are slim-fitting all the way down to the ankle, and women say they look great on both skinny and curvy bodies. They also come in short and long inseams in addition to the standard length.
