  • Next, a 3-second counter will appear. You can either wait for it or dismiss it by tapping on the Apple Watch’s display.
  • Now you can begin your workout.
  • You can stop a workout by selecting it, swiping right, and then tapping the End button. You may also initiate a fresh exercise routine. You can take a short break from your workout and pick right back up where you left off when you are ready.
