#2. Don’t be Favoritism<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It’s tempting to purchase individual presents for each of your employees when you find something that’s exactly right for them. Not at all. Matching each gift’s monetary value and thoughtfulness is too difficult. There will be offended parties.
