When you delete your YouTube account, it’s gone for good. Your videos, comments, and subscriptions, along with your account, will be deleted permanently. Even if you delete your YouTube account, you will still have a YouTube account, but it will be devoid of any data, material, or history of previous activity. Your comments and other associated activity, however, will remain visible on the internet. Delete the Google account associated with your YouTube account to get rid of all traces of them. Follow the same instructions to delete your Google account. Simply select the Delete Your Google Account option instead of the Delete Google Services option. The subsequent steps are identical to those for deactivating a YouTube account. Make sure you have backed up all of your data before deleting your Google account. <\/p>
Deleting your Google account will result in the deletion of all connected services, including Gmail, Google Notes, Drive, Photos, and so on. Once the data is gone, there is no way to restore it. 1. Launch YouTube on your device. In the top-right corner of your screen, click the Profile Picture icon. Navigate to Manage your Google Account. On YouTube for Android, select Manage your Google account.<\/p>
2. Select data and privacy. On Android, the Data and Privacy area of Google account settings.<\/p>
3. Scroll down until you reach the section Download or delete your data. Select Delete a Google service in this section.<\/p>
4. You will be asked to sign in to your account. Do so. Following that, you’ll be offered the opportunity to save your data before deleting your YouTube channel. Choose Download your data if you want to do so. Tap the Trash can icon next to YouTube if you’re ready to delete your YouTube channel.<\/p>
5. You will be prompted to log in once more. Do so. Then, select I want to permanently erase my content from the drop-down menu. When you select this choice, it will be expanded into two explanation parts that explain what this selection actually implies, with a check box next to each section.
