The short answer is yes. Amazon Prime supports offline viewing of movies and TV shows downloaded to your device (including Amazon’s own Fire tablets and phone, as well as those running Android and iOS). <\/p>

#1. Download the Amazon Prime App<\/span><\/h3>

• Step 1:<\/strong> To begin, you’ll need an Amazon account and an Amazon Prime subscription. You’ll also need the Amazon Prime Video app, which requires a compatible Fire, Android, or iOS device. The app is also available for Mac and Windows desktop computers. Surprisingly, their appearance and functionality are all consistent.<\/li><\/ul>

  Launch the app after installation and sign in to your Amazon Prime account.<\/p>

  • Step 2<\/strong>: Next, choose a movie or TV show to download and open the video details. It should be noted that not all Amazon Prime movies or TV shows are available for download, and you can only download content if you are in certain countries (for example, the United States). You\u00a0can download individual episodes or the entire season if it’s a series.<\/li><\/ul>

    Also, before downloading, make sure to choose the download quality (Good, Better, Best) you want for your downloads \u2014 they will consume different amounts of data (more on that below).<\/p>

    Once you’ve decided on a movie or show, tap the Download button \u2014 you can also download individual episodes of shows.<\/p>

    • Step 3:<\/strong> Select the Downloads button at the bottom to browse the films and shows you’ve previously downloaded. Your downloaded titles will be listed here.       • Step 1: <\/strong>Start watching the video you want to watch, then look for the casting button in the top-right corner.           How Much Space Do I Require?<\/span><\/h2>

          The amount of storage required for a file is determined by its quality. We downloaded the film One Night in Miami\u00a0in Best quality, which took up 1GB of storage on an iPhone, and it took up 535MB in Better quality (the second-lowest). Season 1 of Upload, with ten episodes total, took up 2.6GB when downloaded in Best quality.<\/p>

          According to Amazon, only a limited number of titles are available for download. When we looked through the Prime Video selections, every title available to Prime members appeared downloadable. Almost certainly, all Amazon Originals will be available for download. You can only download videos while in the United States and its territories if you have an Amazon account in the United States. More on this later.<\/p>

          Amazon Prime Video Download Restrictions<\/span><\/h2>

          • While downloading content and media from Amazon Prime Video is highly convenient, there are some constraints. First, once you download a movie or show, you will have 30 days to watch it before it “expires,” i.e., is deleted. And once you start watching a movie or episode, you’ll have 48 hours to finish it before it expires, which means you’ll have to stream or download it again \u2014 assuming it’s still available.<\/li>\n\n
          • If you’re travelling outside of the United States or the country where you have an Amazon Prime membership, keep in mind that your downloaded titles may only play if you connect to the internet at your destination if they are also available in that region. Amazon Originals are typically available everywhere, so they are\u00a0safe, but regionally distributed third-party titles may not be available.<\/li><\/ul>

            It's also worth noting that if you cancel your Amazon Prime subscription, you'll lose access to your downloaded titles.<\/pre>
            How Do I Delete Movies or Entire Seasons of Television Shows?<\/span><\/h2>
            Step 1:<\/strong> There are several methods for deleting a film or an entire show. Find the film\/season you want to delete in the Downloads section. The first method is to swipe left on the title, which will reveal a Red trash can icon. Tapping this again confirms the deletion of the film and also deletes all episodes from the show you’ve chosen.<\/li>\n\n
            Step 2: <\/strong>Next, tap the movie’s Three vertical dots menu and then select Delete download. An entire\u00a0season of a show will have a small arrow instead of these dots.             Step 1: To delete individual episodes of a show, go to Downloads and select the show you want to remove, which will display all of the episodes you have. In the top-right corner, press the Edit button.<\/li>\n\n
